🌞LANDS END🌞 Another early start, rode none stop down to Gordano services North Somerset 269 miles and 4hr 15mins run for a quick coffee and a splash fuel in the RT and meet up with Lee who had rode from London to meet up. Then down to Lands End, lovely weather and a coffee and a photo or two. Its a pity you have to pay to stand next to the sign. For a photo think £10 and think they use your phone for it, all about making money, not like John O'Groats it's FREE👌👌👌👌👌. Then it was turn and burn back home back to services for a coffee say goodbye to Lee and get home as the sun set. A little bit of light left for a photo at Newton Under Roseberry. 916 miles and 15hr 17mins , think is pretty good with traffic 19hrs total plenty of time stopped taking in the sights.
Been wanting to do Lands End and John O'Groats all summer. Photo and coffee that's 1806miles in 32hr 38mins not bad riding time . See what sort of challenge I can think of next MAYBE all in one go round trip ??
Is there any of you keen motorbikers, do anything like this? Or is it only me? You cannot beat a bit of a challenge.

🏍WORK HARD BUT PLAY HARDER🏍
Cracking day yesterday out on the bike on my own. Home to John O'Groats and back home in 19 half hours. 16.41 hrs riding time and 890 miles round trip. A well earned cup of coffee in the cafe at John O'Groats then a stop off in Aviemore and Pitlochry for coffee and cake. Next was a stop off at Carter Bar at the boarder stone for a photo and back home before the sun set. I was still fresh, i put that down to my fitness and the right bike for the job. Can't believe I couldn't get anyone to come and do something like this with me . We only get one life and got to live it and do these things, never mind. Lands End and back next about the same distance then I have done to the top and to the bottom of the country on the Bike.

What a week with a very wide range of jobs again in the workshop and very busy with MOT'S.
The weather has been a little on the warm🔥 side, its what you expect in summer, but nothing that we can't handle .The job must go on it is only summer time☀️☀️☀️☀️☀️ in a few weeks we will be complaining its too cold 🥶🥶.
The weekend is here and it will soon be Monday morning, have a good weekend everyone 🫡

Another very busy week over with, we have been manic with MOT's this week. It is a good job we have 3 tester operating daily and then tyres and big jobs in the workshop. Lads will be glad of the 2 days off but Monday soon comes round.

Here is 2 names that you no longer see .White Bros from Darlington i got my first brand new bike off them ZX7 NINJA in 1990 brilliant people to deal with but long gone now. Then we have PETITE & FRANCE at Redcar everyone that was a biker knew them,would have a ride down on the bike every Saturday to have a look round. I got a couple bikes off John France, my first motorbike came from them. My grandad got it brand new TY80 back about 1979 another brilliant company gone. Wish we had a phone with camera back then and taken photos off these places. It's brilliant to still see these names on bike's after all these years.

We have had a very busy last couple weeks from motorbike 🏍MOT and bike tyres🛞 car tyres and car 🚗 MOT vans🚚 MOT and motorhome 🚐 MOT and truck 🚛 repair.
It is Good to welcome 🥳Allan our latest new staff member he is also a class 4 and 7 MOT tester and a keen motorbiker he's should fit in well.
