✨Job Vacancy✨

We are recruiting a new team member to join our expanding team at TM Auto Solutions/Alfords Auto Repair.

We are looking for a versatile Service Advisor to work across our two sister garages both situated in Saltash.

As a Service Advisor you will be the key link between our customers and the workshop. Excellent communication skills are crucial.

Ideally, you will have outstanding organisational and administrative skills along with good attention to detail. A strong customer service background would be beneficial as you will be delivering high levels of customer satisfaction in a very busy and demanding environment.

Working hours Monday-Friday 8.30-17.30.
23 days holiday plus bank holidays.
Salary dependant on experience.

Previous experience would be beneficial but not essential.
Must hold a valid driving licence.

As many of you may have seen in recent news headlines, a cyber attack has affected JLR’s systems, causing widespread disruption to their parts supply network. As a result, we are currently experiencing delays in sourcing genuine Land Rover and Jaguar parts.

We want to reassure our customers that we are still able to obtain many parts through trusted alternative suppliers. However, certain genuine JLR components may take longer than usual to arrive.

If your vehicle needs attention, please don’t hesitate to contact us. We’re doing everything we can to minimise disruption and keep everything running as smoothly as possible.
