This is true and I often have similar conversation with my students about these stages at the point when they are about 10 hrs into their training and at the "concious incompetant" stage and getting frustrated with them selves. Its a bit like a toddler learning to walk, the child knows how to walk, but still keeps wobbling and falling down alot, until they get stronger and better through practice and repetition....so dont give up, push on and persevere! 😊
