Today, 29th June, the Department for Transport announced that the 6-month MOT deferral for cars, vans and motorcycles introduced during the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, will end on 1st August.

If your vehicle is due an MOT from 1st August and you would like to secure a test slot, please either telephone Peter on (01722) 338342 or 07850 914 333, make an appointment via our page or email [email protected].

UPDATE

Following the latest government advice, we are pleased to announce that Peter is now back at work as of today (11th May 2020) to carry out M.o.T.s, servicing and repairs as usual. Please be assured that the two metre distancing rules are in place and we kindly ask all customers to adhere to them and remain outside the garage at all times. Athena Garage is open as usual but Peter is currently not carrying out M.o.T. tests as the government has postponed them until further notice.

There are ongoing roadworks on Churchfields but business is open as usual! If you cannot get down Stephenson Road, you should be able to reach me via Brunel Road and Telford Road.
