Away from the watersports for two day as we celebrated with Elsie Constant as she graduated today. She's worked every summer for 8 years as many of you know. She's spending one more summer holiday in the shop before entering the big wide world! Suffice to say we are very proud 👏 🎓

Enjoy a morning yoga flow suitable for all levels followed by hot and cold therapy with the lovely sauna looking out to the sea and cold plunge or a sea swim!

Please bring a mat

If the sauna is not for you, you are welcome to come along with a mat for beach yoga. £10 cash on the day

Good morning... what an incredible day to take a tour of the bay.

We will be on the quay from 11am taking our first trip of the season 😎
