This gorgeous BMW 3 Series M Sport came in to us for something that often gets left too long...

โšก Tesla Model S repair completed at Saffron Autos ๐Ÿ”ง

This Tesla Model S came to us with no cabin heating due to a failed PTC heater.

The faulty heater caused a high-voltage fuse inside a control unit under the bonnet to blow. To carry out the repair safely, we first isolated the high-voltage system before beginning diagnostics and testing.

Normally, this repair can involve removing the high-voltage battery, a huge and time-consuming job.

Instead, using specialist EV knowledge, careful testing, and even a mirror to access and inspect the fuse assembly, we were able to replace the blown fuse without removing the battery pack ๐Ÿ‘Œ

โœ”๏ธ Fault diagnosed
โœ”๏ธ High-voltage system safely isolated
โœ”๏ธ Fuse replaced
โœ”๏ธ Heating restored
โœ”๏ธ Repair completed at around 1/3 less than Tesla pricing
