Yamaha R1 2008 in for charging issues, think we might have found the issue -The Stator has very much decided to crap itself.

Apparently an issue with the yellow glue yamaha use to glue/hold magnets in place.

Lets hope the new revision of the flywheel rotor will last.

Few bits vapour blasted for a landrover, not bad if I do say so - nearly like new.

Honda cb 125r 2018 fuel tank rough running and a weap from fuel pump. Really didn't expect to see this when we removed the fuel pump.

Ethanol in modern fuel has really killed this fuel tank.

Ethanol fuel is hygroscopic (it actively absorbs moisture from the air) and acts as a powerful solvent. When it absorbs too much water, the ethanol and water drop out of the gasoline to form a corrosive mixture, which degrades plastic, destroys fiberglass resins, and rapidly rusts metal fuel tanks.
