VW T2 Pop Top. 1973. Bay Window.
Older restoration. In 2011 the vehicle was stripped to a bare shell. Rust removed. Grit blasted. Underside had new jacking points. Outriggers. Inner and outer sills. Front valance. Belly trays. Repaint in VW pastel white and Rover Tahiti Blue. EMPi wheels. Lowered 4 inches. New brakes and pipes.
Westy Rock n Roll bed. New roof canvas. Double sleeping area in roof. Custom denim jeans interior with two jump seats.
The engine was rebuilt to 1697cc with a S**T c35 cam. Weber Twin choke carb. Fire suppression system. Leisure battery.
It’s now covered 9,000 miles. The vehicle is in very good order throughout.
