Dear Customers,
We have been made aware that, as of the last 10 days, an additional "admin fee" has been added to certain pre-bookings.
To note this was done without our knowledge or permission by accident via our operator YPS. We've got to the bottom of it today and a "system error" has been blamed and the issue has been corrected and the additional fee removed going forward. Apparently the booking fee is standard across the platform but we had always made Mill Road an exception to this rule.
Whilst we, as the owner of the car park, did not receive this fee we will refund anyone affected if they email details to us on [email protected]
