Almost everything on the Blacksheep ONE, we developed ourselves. The motor, the structure, the electrical architecture, and the system that ties them together. But there are three places where we chose not to start from scratch:
- Suspension: Öhlins
- Brakes: Brembo
- Tyres: Pirelli
We didn't try to reinvent them. We chose them - the best in the world.

Build what you can do better. Buy what has already been perfected.

There are no rules to bike fit.

Every rider is built differently so why should every bike be built the same? The core stays constant — 700 Nm wheel torque, 35 kW peak output, 160 km city range. The identity is yours to shape.

"Why does it look unfinished?"

That's the question we hear most.

To us, an honest motorbike shows everything we spent years building - not just its shape, but what's underneath it. That's what "form follows function" philosophy means here: nothing hidden under a plastic cover, because what took years to develop is the heart of this machine, not its skin.

Look closely and you'll see it for yourself. An open window straight into the rotor. A small viewing corner to check the coolant level. Nothing on this bike is decoration - everything you can see is something we built to be seen.
We didn't choose this because it was easy. We chose it because an honest motorbike should look like one.

Is that worth it to you?

Most brands treat "properly engineered" and "commercially viable" as two forces to be weighed against one another. We refuse the trade entirely. The engineering comes first, always. The commercial model is built to fit it, not the other way round.

That is the conviction behind the Blacksheep ONE: a motorcycle that doesn't have to choose between honesty and excellence.

When developing a high-performance electric motorcycle, it’s easy to get caught up in the idea of convincing traditional riders to switch to electric. That was never our goal at Blacksheep Power.

From day one, our objective was much simpler: build something genuinely exceptional. Cool in the nerdy engineering details. But more importantly, cool in the way it feels the moment you roll on the throttle.
We built it because we wanted to prove what’s possible when engineering meets the raw emotion of riding.

What drives your passion for engineering: the numbers on the spec sheet, or the feeling in practice?
