I love it when the mechs let me annoy them and assist in certain repairs….admittedly I only pass them the tools they can’t reach!

It also helps that he’s my partner and doesn’t have a choice in my presence!! 🤣

This little Citroen needed a clutch kit, you can see how worn and thin the clutch plate is when it was removed and what it should look like!

Also…lost my thumb in the process of passing the parts…. 🤣🤣

Polite Update

We will no longer be providing “free” air for tyre checks!
This will now be a chargeable job.
We are extremely busy and unfortunately don’t have the capacity to keep pulling mechanics off paid jobs.

Due to high demand of bookings we are now fully booked for repair work/servicing for the rest of August.

We are taking new bookings from the 2nd week in September.

We do have availability for MOT’s between now and then, but only an MOT I’m afraid.

Friendly Reminder

When booking your car in for MOT, Servicing or repair work you must be able to collect the same day.

If this cannot be done, please speak to a member of office staff to pre arrange overnight storage when booking your vehicle in.

If not discussed and not collected storage fees maybe added to your final invoice.

Unfortunately our forecourt is small and we are busy so space is at a premium

Two days of no phone, no bookings and no telling people I can’t squeeze it in and feeling guilty.

Needless to say…..we are all running on empty. Another scorching week in the workshop/office 🥵

Next week is still going to be very warm so please bare with us, we are fully booked until the 2nd week in Aug (MOt slots available only)

Any MOT failures depending what it is may not be repaired within your 10day free re-test time scale!
