Recently there seems to be a fair few people especially children crossing the chain into the yard either retrieving their ball or playing, I just want to point out I have clearly set a boundary and will not be held liable for any damages or injury while crossing onto the property.
It is a dangerous mechanics yard with old vehicles, scrap and uneven surfaces. I kindly ask that no one enters outside of my opening hours unless prior arrangements have been made i.e. dropping off keys. Anyone that does cross the boundary does so at their own risk.
The chain is covered by 24/7 security cameras with sound.
