Here at RimWorx Auto Repair Centre we have had this 65 plate BMW 335D in for engine failure. This particular engine had suffered damage to the main bearings causing damage to the crankshaft.

The crankshaft has had a regrind and the correct bearings was supplied and fitted.
We also replaced the timing chain on this engine as they are on the back which is a common fault on these engines.

We also fitted a new oil pump and strainer to make sure this engine was performing the right oil pressure.

All the above parts used were BMW genuine parts.

✅ Please make sure that you check your oil in your vehicle to prevent damage like this.
