‘The Boxer Bobber Tribute’ – our custom take on the iconic BMW R18 – still turns heads and sparks conversations. Commissioned originally as a concept build for BMW Motorrad, this project combined heavyweight heritage with stripped-back bobber lines and Down & Out’s unmistakable engineering.

This one’s not up for sale – but it’s absolutely worth a revisit.

Meet our latest custom creation, a Triumph Bonneville T100 (oil-cooled) reimagined the Down & Out way.

This one’s stripped back and tightened up, loaded with hand-selected parts and clean details. From the clip-on bars with internal wiring to the satin black tank finished with Triumph black badging, it’s a lesson in controlled aggression and understated class.

We’ve relocated the ignition, fitted micro switches, and kept it neat with a short rear mudguard assembly housing a minimalist tail light. The brown diamond-stitched Down & Out seat sits snug on a custom loop, while the YSS shocks and LSL fluid pot bring subtle performance upgrades.

It’s the kind of build that looks fast even when it’s standing still.
