📢 IMPORTANT DRIVING TEST CHANGES 📢
Starting May 12, 2026, only the learner taking the practical driving test can book, manage, change, or swap their own test. This means no one else can legally do it for them—not an instructor, parent, website, or someone offering to "find you a test." This change aims to stop booking chaos, the selling of test slots, and the exploitation of desperate learners. You'll only be allowed to change your test twice; after that, it must be canceled and rebooked. Swapping tests with another learner is still possible, but it must be done properly through DVSA by phone, with both learners agreeing and passing checks. Please be careful who you give your details to, as your driving license number, booking reference, theory details, address, email, phone number, and payment information are personal. Desperation for a test date should never lead you to hand over information to the wrong person. Learners, take control of your own booking. Parents, support them but do not let anyone unofficial manage it for them. Instructors, ensure your pupils understand the new rules. This is not just admin; it's about protecting learners from exploitation.
