Old's cool or old school? We reckon this will be really smart when it's painted.
This body shop asked us to remove the fixed windows so they can do the best possible job on the respray.
We look forward to refitting the windows and seeing the end result soon 👌

If you need vehicle glass removed and refitted for any reason then give us a call.

Decided to use yesterdays unfortunate stone chip from the M18 as an example.
Tape is there to help the camera focus (especially after the repair)
As you can see there is still usually a mark visible, but as well as there being a massive improvement visually a good repair will prevent a chip from becoming a crack which requires a screen replacement!

Another example of a vehicle requiring ADAS calabration after a windscreen replacement.

Unlike the Jaguar we previously posted which calibrates 'dynamically' (plug in the diagnostic equipment and drive), this Audi requires a 'static' calibration which involves setting up a target board with specific distances before using the diagnostic software to tell the vehicle to calibrate.

All done using Hella Gutmann equipment.
If you want to know more or book then call on 0333 355 1850 ☎️

Does your vehicle have an ADAS camera? If so this requires calibration after a windscreen replacement.
No problem for us! We use the latest Hella Guttmann equipment to keep your vehicles safety systems happy.
We also do radar calibration and coding on on relevant systems.
Give us a call if you would like to enquire
