🛠️ WE’RE HIRING: Skilled Coachbuilder (Classic & Historic Cars) 🛠️
Do you love the smell of a traditional workshop and have a passion for keeping motoring history alive?
At Roach Manufacturing Ltd, we recreate and restore beautiful, bespoke bodywork for rare historic cars. Our workshop is getting busy, and we’re looking for a talented Coachbuilder to join our friendly team!
What you’ll be doing:
• Wheeling, shaping, and shrinking sheet metal (aluminium & steel) to recreate classic body panels.
• Fabricating/restoring timber or steel frames.
• Welding, riveting, and aligning panels for a flawless finish.
• Working on unique, custom projects
What we’re looking for:
• Solid experience in coachbuilding, panel beating, or classic and vintage car restoration.
• A great eye for shape, symmetry, and detail.
• MIG/TIG and Oxy/Acetylene welding skills
• A positive, team-player attitude.
The Perks:
• The Cars: Work on incredible, rare historic vehicles.
• The Vibe: A relaxed, supportive, and passionate team environment.
• The Package: Great pay (based on experience), regular hours and plenty of overtime if you want it.
