Good afternoon all, we have just completed a full engine rebuild on this Kawasaki KX 65 engine. The big end was shot aswell as the main bearings and piston. It has had a new crank, main bearings, crank seals, piston and rings and small end and clutch. It will run like a beauty now. Get your bike booked in asap to avoid missing the great weather. Good afternoon all, a little update on our latest bobber project. The frame has been stripped, shot blasted, the rear end has been cut off and a bar welded in to make it single seat and then finally finished in a nice gloss black. The engine and carbs are nearly ready to go back in. So let the build commence! Hi all, just finished a complete Carburettor overhaul for a Suzuki RF600r. The bike had serious running issues and cold start problems. The carbs were in a very sorry state and set up/put together completely wrong! But with a bit of perseverance they are sorted and refitted and rebalanced. what a transformation! It’s like a new bike! Hi all, happy Friday. Here are some before and after shots of a custom Yamaha XV750. A lot of work has gone into this bike, ranging from a complete frame chop and change to a single seat. A hardtail conversion. A lot of paint work, and some custom made side exit exhausts along with a full years MOT and a full service. Another satisfied and chuffed customer at bike barn.
