Triple R at Rogate. 35ish foot gap.... crashed on it a few days later. Pretty uncomfortable. Pretty chuffed I've made it though. Defo the biggest gap I've ever done

Tyres, saddle grips in good condition. Minimal marks to frame. 18 speed Shimano gears.

An impromptu Wales trip gave me a chance for a few hours in Cwncarn. Stunning scenery and trails. All only 20 mins from Newport. Well worth a visit for some really good, free to ride, trails.
