Another busy week finished before the bank holiday weekend.
7 GTR services, W brace upgrade to a 350Z (the old one left the chat ages ago 🤣), failed clutch slave cylinder upgrade on a 370Z just to mention a few. Thank you very much for keeping us busy.🙏🙂.

This old lady came to us today with a full dealer service history as the customer's local Nissan dealer no longer takes on performance cars.
The health check which was carried out along with the full service came with some shocking surprises.
Rear subframe has huge holes and significant weakened.
Alignment bolts for the suspension rotted away and never seen a spanner.
Exhaust nuts are not existent anymore.
Under tray brackets rotted away and most bolts snapped previously.
Coil springs are so badly corroded they are minutes away from snapping.
Just to mention a few issues we need to sort out.
The problem is that the customer was thinking that the dealership has done everything to keep his pride and joy in top condition and they never mentioned any issues just took the money for "services" for years without really caring about the car or the customer.
Luckily now she is in good hands and will return to restore her former glory 👍🙂

Yet another very busy week we had KaizerMotor
• One of our first 1000Bhp car back home for a new bell housing to sort out the more and more annoying rattle at idle
• New brake pads and disc on another returning customer.
• Assembly of another monster after new crankshaft fitted. Interestingly the brand new crank supplied by Nissan was out of balance by 30g 😱🤯😳 which is insane. Thank you for our friends at Torque Developments International this was reduced to 2g after they have done their magic 👍😁
• Lots more Stage tunes, annual service, 4 wheel alignment, wiring loom repairs and MOTs. Just the usual everyday stuff we do 😉🙂.

Today not only one, but two serious issues sorted on Ossy's GTR. She had came in for a routine yearly service and TLC, ...

Today not only one, but two serious issues sorted on Ossy's GTR.
She had came in for a routine yearly service and TLC, but on our inspection for the service we could see the oil cooler started to leak badly.
So we took the front bumper off to replace this tired oil cooler and its rusty hard pipes with our upgraded cooler and stainless steel pipe kit, only to find an intercooler blowing up was lurking in the shadows 🙄.
So we added our upgraded intercooler kit to the job and not only saved this beautiful girl from a potential engine bay fire, but from a break down caused by the old intercoolers falling apart under high boost.
That's another job done at KaizerMotor
