✅ Transit Intermittent Limp Mode – Part 2 🚐

Back with this Ford Transit to resolve that persistent intermittent limp mode issue! What a teardown job this turned out to be 👀 – full access gained, faulty turbo actuator removed, brand new part expertly fitted, and all adaptations/reset procedures completed. Everything calibrated perfectly, van running smoothly again, and another very happy customer back on the road! 🛠️💪

✅ Isuzu D-Max | Front Wheel Bearing Replacement

Part 2 of this job – the new front driver’s side wheel bearing has been supplied and fitted perfectly! ⚙️ While we were carrying out the work, we found that even though the customer had recently had new brake pads installed, the front brake discs were completely worn out and past their usable limit. We’ve clearly advised the customer of our findings and the recommended next steps. The vehicle is now safe, quiet, and fully road-ready again 🚙💨

🛠️ Isuzu D-Max – No Crank, Spongy Brakes & Wheel Bearing

Customer Report: Car wouldn’t crank at all + brakes felt soft and spongy.

We traced the dual fault straight away: a leaking rear brake cylinder causing the spongy pedal, plus a failing battery stopping the engine from turning over. Both new parts fitted and the brakes fully bled — back to safe, sharp performance right away!

While we were there, the owner also asked us to look into a worrying noise coming from the front driver’s side. Inspection revealed a badly worn wheel bearing on its way out — we’ll be back tomorrow to fit the replacement and finish the job properly.

✅ Ford Transit – Intermittent Limp Mode Issue

This Ford Transit kept slipping into limp mode at random — but one quick key cycle and it would run perfectly again. Scanning the system showed zero stored fault codes… until we caught it while the fault was active, where we pulled up a generic overboost code that gave barely any extra clues.

We ran full checks: vacuum leak tests, sensor inspections, MAP/MAF testing — everything came back clear. We were stumped until we dug into live data monitoring, which finally exposed the real problem: a sticking turbo actuator. Replaced the part, cleared the code, and the van’s back doing what it does best. Another happy customer back on the road!

✅ Car Hesitation, Rough Running & Misfire Fixed

Customer reported their car was losing power, hesitating badly and running rough.

We ran diagnostics and confirmed an engine misfire. Removing the coil pack immediately revealed a strong burnt electronics odour — a classic sign of coil pack failure. We also spotted excessive electrode gaps on the spark plugs.

A compression test ruled out internal engine issues, confirming the electrical/ignition fault.

Fitted a brand‑new coil pack + full set of spark plugs — car now runs perfectly, power restored 🔧

🔧 Seat Leon | Mobile Mechanic Report

We were called out to this Seat Leon for a starting issue, which we traced to a dead battery caused by a persistent parasitic drain. To keep costs low, the customer chose a remote battery disconnect solution — a smart, budget-friendly way to prevent future drain problems.

While on-site, we carried out a full health check and uncovered two critical issues:
✅ Front shock absorbers blown — affecting handling and safety
✅ Front tyre in dangerous condition — unsafe for road use

We always go the extra mile to spot hidden problems before they become costly breakdowns.

Customer booked in their BMW X1with a sporadic DPF warning light that kept triggering limp mode while driving—super frustrating and unsafe!

We got straight to work by injecting professional-grade DPF cleaner directly into the exhaust manifold to break down stubborn soot deposits, followed by a complete forced regeneration to clear the system properly. The warning light is now gone, the engine is running smoothly, and the limp mode issue is fully resolved.

Customer Complaint: Noise from Front Driver’s Side

A customer reached out reporting an unusual noise coming from the front driver’s side of their Audi. Upon a thorough inspection, we identified the issue: a broken coil spring and a leaking shock absorber.

We immediately sourced the replacement parts, which arrived the very next day. To make things easy for the customer, we carried out the full replacement service at their workplace—saving them time and hassle.
