What started as a mobile mechanic service has continued to grow thanks to all of your support, recommendations and trust over the years.

Because of that growth, On-The-Go AutoCare is proud to announce that we are now operating from our own fully equipped workshop facility.

This move allows us to offer:
• More repair capabilities
• Advanced diagnostics
• Improved turnaround times
• A better overall service for our customers

We’re still the same team, with the same commitment to honest, reliable work — just with a bigger space and even better equipment to serve you.

Another interesting one in the workshop this week 🔧

This Vauxhall Corsa 1.2 came in with a suspected timing chain issue, but as we dug a little deeper, we uncovered the real problem — a snapped valve spring on the inlet side.

From there, it turned into a more involved job. The cylinder head had to come off, allowing us to fully inspect the damage and carry out the necessary repairs. We replaced the head gasket and carefully rebuilt everything back up, finishing the job with a brand new timing chain to ensure long-term reliability.

Now it’s back together, running smoothly, and ready to get back on the road 👍

Attention to all our customers,

Over the past couple weeks this has been a thing that’s constantly happening and we’ve addressed it once already so I’ll have to do it again, if you book in with us and don’t show up, could you please just let us know? We are only a small company and we are stretched most days and have very limited spaces.

This has happened today with 3 customers, resulting in the garage having to close as it pretty much opened.

The other issue we must address is, if you don’t have any money, please dont book your vehicle in with us to be repaired, we don’t do payment plans, we don’t do ‘I get paid at the end of the week’.

Moving forward, if you don’t have the money to pay on the day then your vehicle stays till you do, we haven’t got the time to be chasing people for money that’s owed. It works the same with every other garage but we’ve tried to be a little different and more understanding but we feel like a bailiff most weeks.

We have options of payment, cash, bank transfer or card machine.

We use this company on a regular basis for all our custom tuning, eco saving remaps, DPF/EGR deletes, AdBlue deletes…you name it, he does it.

This was for my personal car and I’ve also used him for the company van and another personal car of my own also.
