🔍 PRE-PURCHASE INSPECTION – MERCEDES C43 AMG 🔍
Today we were in Newport carrying out a comprehensive pre-purchase inspection on this stunning 2018 Mercedes C43 AMG. 💨
Buying a used car — especially a performance car like a C43 AMG — can be a big investment. A car can look absolutely perfect in the advert and on the forecourt, but that doesn't necessarily tell you what's going on underneath.

💻 Full diagnostic scan – checking the vehicle's control modules for stored, current or historic faults, including issues that may not bring a warning light up on the dashboard.
🛞 Suspension & steering – checking components for excessive play, damage, leaks and wear.
🛑 Brakes & tyres – checking brake condition and wear, along with tyre condition, tread depth and signs of uneven wear.
🔎 Underbody & corrosion inspection – checking areas such as the subframes, suspension mounting points and other structural components for corrosion, damage or previous repairs.
🚘 Bodywork & exterior – looking for damage, poor repairs, panel issues and other signs of previous work.
🪑 Interior condition – checking the wear and condition of the seats, trim, controls and equipment. Even the smaller details can tell you a lot about how a vehicle has been treated.
⚡ Electrical equipment – checking the vehicle's main electrical features and looking for anything that isn't operating as it should.
The aim isn't to find faults for the sake of it — it's to give the buyer an independent and honest picture of the vehicle's condition before handing over their money.
And we're pleased to say this C43 AMG was absolutely spot on! 👌
