🚗 Another busy week at OMP Autos! 🔧

It’s been all go in the workshop this week, with a real mix of jobs coming through the doors — from engine swaps to wet belts, servicing and general maintenance.

It’s always great to see our loyal customers returning to OMP, and just as lovely to welcome some new faces who have trusted us with the care and maintenance of their vehicles. Thank you to everyone who continues to support our family business — we really do appreciate it! ❤️

Our FREE Vehicle Health Check Days are taking place on Saturday 3rd & Sunday 4th of October. With colder, wetter weather on the way, it’s well worth getting your vehicle checked over before winter arrives.

A quick health check could highlight any issues before they become bigger (and more expensive) problems, helping give you a little extra peace of mind heading into the colder months.

Our new customer reception area is taking shape! We’re putting the finishing touches to the space, creating a more comfortable and welcoming area for our customers while they’re with us.

We were honoured today to be chosen to complete a timing belt change on this stunning Mk1 Focus RS. It’s very rare to find such a perfect condition Mk1 that’s factory standard and with only 47k on the clock!

The condition of this beauty is a credit to the owner, and we look forward to seeing it and our lovely customer again in the future 🤩

🌟A message from one of our Directors🌟

2.5 years ago, OMP Autos was nothing more than an idea, a lot of determination, and a single ramp squeezed into a 700 sq ft unit in Ripley.

No big team. No flashy setup. Just a passion for Fords, a love for what we do, and a belief that we could build something special.

Fast forward to today, and honestly, it’s surreal to look around.

We’re now operating from a 17,000 sq ft unit, running 5 ramps, with even more growth on the horizon. What started so small has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of — and it’s not just the size of the building.

It’s the people.
It’s the customers.
It’s the relationships.
It’s the reputation we’ve built along the way.

It hasn’t always been easy. There have been long days, late nights, big risks, and plenty of moments where things felt uncertain. But every challenge has pushed us forward, and every customer who has trusted us with their car or van has played a huge part in getting us to where we are today.

OMP Autos has always been about more than just working on Fords and other vehicles. It’s about doing things properly, building genuine relationships, and creating a place people know they can rely on.

We’ve also continued to grow our capabilities as a business. We’re now 1Link registered, meaning we can support all fleets nationwide, giving businesses and fleet operators a reliable partner they can trust wherever they are in the country.

Looking back at where we started 2.5 years ago and seeing where we are now makes every late night, every risk, and every tough decision worth it.

And the best part?

We’re only just getting started.

Good morning all,
It has been a busy start to the year for us. We are a friendly and reliable Ford specialist but we don't stop there!

We have the knowledge and equipment to work on all makes and models and as you can see no trouble with height or length having a 12 meter Hymar camper in for a full service!

We are now part of a UK Ford Ranger oil pump group. This consists of carrying out a oil pump upgrade on the 3.2L ford ranger.

With the damp weather recently we have also seen a few BCM faults over the past few months.

Good morning and Happy New Year from your trusted Ford and LCV specialist.

Here we have a 2011 ford transit in with a noise on idle. Found the timing chain stretched and the fuel pump gear damaged. New timing chain and gear set, fault rectified.
