We got the call to say the beef was ready…after a Rock, Paper, Scissors....Owen lost so off he went! 🥩
Obviously, he couldn’t go on his own, so he picked up his mate Harri and off they went on their jolly way to Wrexham😁
This stunning Aberdeen Angus was reared right here on our farm, and after three weeks maturing, it’s now back in the farm shop — and just look at the colour and marbling! 👌🥩
Aberdeen Angus is renowned for its rich flavour, beautiful marbling and tenderness, and this one is looking absolutely spot on👌
We’ve even got a special 3kg silverside cut ready for one of our customers who loves making his own biltong — we can’t wait to hear how that turns out! 😋

Steaks: Sirloin, Rump, Fillet, Ribeye, Minute steaks, Denver steaks
As well as Diced beef, Featherblade, Burgers and Minced beef👍
And because apparently we weren’t already well stocked ready for bank holiday weekend… we’ve also got a million sausages 😂, plus gammon, bacon and some lovely lamb from last week.
