This is chemical burn. Previously washed by a local valeter the chemical has damaged trim on around the mirrors and other areas of this vehicle. The correct products, mixtures and knowledge will prevent this. This vehicle had a coating to hide the damage but with the cleaning process it was necessary to remove. We have corrected this before but unfortunately it’s not always possible. Customer is a purest so these will be replaced.
