This VW Transporter arrived struggling with a cold start, vehicle would shut down and couldn’t maintain an idle speed.

It was found that the DPF Was clogged above normal operating levels resulting in the intake system having excess carbon build-up.

Wallnut blasting is a safe non corrosive blasting method which safely removes carbon giving it the airflow that’s required for best running and fuel economy.

✅ DPF Removed and professionally cleaned
✅ New turbo
✅ New inlet manifold
✅ New timing belt, water pump and crank seal

Company vehicle back out earning money.

Due to business growth we’ve moved into bigger premises a short journey round the corner !

Still very much a building site but things are progressing with an MOT station being installed at the end of the month with a decent sized waiting room should you decide to wait.

Another BMW 2.0 Diesel engine for timing chain failure, this was caught early so hasn’t done any damage.

This is the second one of the year we have done already, with another in queue with complete failure.

This BMW suffered the common fault of timing chain failure. unfortunately the engine has to be removed for access.

The engine was removed and rebuilt in house and has now returned to the road.

Whilst off the road the wheels where removed and given a freshen up by Coastline Wheel Refurbishments & Powder Coating. Who has done an excellent job given there previous condition !
