Some Carburettors off a Triumph Thunderbird, attended customer's home , removed Carburettors, bank split and fully stripped , de-Gunked & ultrasonic cleaned.

Then fully re-assembled with new gaskets and o-rings. Will then be attending customer's home address to refit and re-syncronise

Job : DRZ400 rough running / bogging and intermittent lack of performance.

Upon removing and stripping the Carburettor i found some debris in the float bowl along with the float needle sticking. The float needed adjusting as it wasn't pulling down the needle to refill the float bowl.

All cleaned and rebuilt/ refitted - bike performance restored. We also fitted a massive Safari Jenny tank.

Job : Bandit 1200 Mot repairs .

This bike had one of our pre-mot inspections. There where several problems found, exhaust link pipe cracked , rear caliper had seized , front seals leaking and the chain had rusted , causing stiff links.

We came to the customer's home, stripped the forks and replaced the oil and seals, removed and stripped the rear caliper then replacing the caliper pistons and seals along with a good degrease and clean.

We also replaced the exhaust link pipe and chain.

All done at the convenience of the customer's home.

Job : Full service on this low mileage CanAm Spyder. Bike was also showing signs of an intermittent misfire when it was warm.

New spark plugs along with the other service items saw the bike running right again.Back on the road for another year! 🤙
