Jonnie's UK Z900A4 is finished. This was one of the most difficult restorations I have done so far. She fought me all the way until the very end. Nearly 40 year of being stored in a shed. Thank you Luke and family for your patience and understanding.

Disaster strikes Jonnie's engine build. 3 bolts to tighten on the cam cover and an old injury decided to show its self. A hairline crack In the casting. 😫It decided to fall off!!! 😫 tig welded and dressed in. Off for vapour blasting. During the welding process the weld migrated into bucket hole. Over 2 hours later I managed to hone it back out after grinding the lump out. Nice snug fit with the bucket now. All sorted 😎
