Always means a lot to get a fantastic review like this! Clear, concise and straight to the point.

Ayaan came to me from a previous instructor and with only 5 weeks off his test date. I quickly realised he needed a lot of work to get him to test standard. We had a clear and honest conversation about what standard he was at and where he needed to be.

Ayaan listened to all my advise. He listened to why we needed to take left turns properly, why it's important to make sure the clutch is up before the turn and why we need to be in the correct gear for the appropriate speed.

Straightforward questions to engage a conversation and get straight to the point to sort out minor issues before they become major issues!

I'd not had a test for over 2 months just literally due to not having any to do, and occasionally a little bit of self doubt creeps into this sometimes lonely job. You wonder if you are doing everything you can on the lessons.

To get a review like this really does make the job worthwhile!
