Did you know we offer a “snagging” or inspection service on new and used vehicles? The quality standard on new motorhomes leaves a lot to be desired so why not protect your investment and have piece of mind. We also offer advice on dealing with complaints/rejections on new motorhomes.

When the customer calls and asks us to help source a rooflight from a motorhome returned without one from a hirer 🤦‍♂️, we failed to find anything that would arrive within 6 weeks……..
Looking at the prospect of it being off hire for that period at a significant unrecoverable cost we said “hold our beer 🍺 ” and got to work fabricating a temporary rooflight from polycarbonate. It had double curvature and we couldn’t use many mechanical fixings without permanent aesthetic damage so it was slightly tricky but she’s back on the road earning her keep for the customer.

We like to fix stuff 😀

Disaster averted yesterday for one of our hire company customers. The family had turned up to collect the prestigious Kon-Tiki sport motorhome for a trip away and the control panel was completely unresponsive which jeopardised the trip. 30 mins later we were on site and 15 mins after that they were off into the sunset.

Had a severely rotten caravan in last week which the customer was struggling to find anyone to tackle it. 2 days later it’s back with him better than new. We repair all types of caravan and motorhomes as well as supplying any parts you need to do it yourself.

Tourneo custom in this week for a compete floor deck swap, a large barrel of diesel had leaked and was preventing the vehicle from going on hire for Priory Rentals, 3 hours later they had a new floor deck installed with all the air con ducting swapped over onto the new one. This is our (hopefully) final prototype of this design before they go on general sale through the website. Any feedback on the design would be great, we also have ready the same unit without the top cupboard and another design shortly behind. Assembled using cam locks, top quality hardware and lightweight ply from Morland.
