Job Description

• Work with colleagues or customers to determine the possible source of vehicle problems and define what issues need to be solved.
• Conduct thorough inspections and evaluations.
• Order and replace parts and components as needed.
• Maintain detailed records of each vehicle, including any maintenance, inspection, or repair services performed.
• Budget for current and projected repair projects and calculate costs for parts and labour.
• Ensure projects are completed effectively and on time.
• Keep necessary supplies in stock and place orders to replenish inventory.

Mechanic Skills and Qualifications:

NVQ Level 3 mechanics, preferably experience working with Land Rovers and Range Rovers, previous experience using Auto Logic, mechanical knowledge, technical proficiency, safety management, problem solving, critical thinking, time management, detail-orientated, reliability and punctuality.

Salary;

To be discussed depending on experience.

After another fantastic and busy week in the workshop with everything from D3 and 4s overland rigs to D2 off road monsters 😀 range rover sports and Defenders of all varieties. it nice to see the weekend and will be back to it Monday form the points and condensers from the 40s and 50s to the complexity of the TDV6 and SDV6 we are hear and happy help and sumtimes you have to feed the work force lol

After a fantastically busy month at the auto defence workshop. We are having a well deserved rest over the long weekend. We have been doing everything from snaped glow plugs to transmissions, clutches, suspension, and steering. On all years and models from lightweights to discoverys 3, 4 and sports. Of course we can't leave out the Defenders. we supply the products and are fortunate to work with the best suppliers that we think is on offer to give you the best landrover experience. we also could not do what we love with out our amazing customers. So thank you to everyone who makes auto defiance what we are. Hope you all have a great Easter weekend
