Our technicians have recently been out of the workshop and back in the classroom, completing specialist training with The Garage Inspector– a leader in the automotive industry

This time, it wasn’t about fixing cars – it was about improving how we run the workshop.

From better workflow and workshop processes to communication, efficiency and understanding how every part of the garage works together.

Taking time away from the tools to look at the bigger picture helps us build a stronger team and ultimately provide a better, smoother service for our customers. 🚗

We’re always learning, improving and investing in the way we do things – because standing still isn’t an option. 💪

Todays training is Lean Workshop for Technicians, presented to local vehicle technicians and garage owners by The Garage Inspector, Andy Savva.
Andy is, to the motor industry, as Gordon Ramsay is to the restaurant industry, so there are often some tears and harsh truths, but with criticism comes support, knowledge, experience and a whole load of passion for our trade.
Due to popular demand, we will be re-running this class on November 17th. Half of the places have already been taken, so be quick if you're interested!

The importance of regular servicing and maintenance - this is the oil filter from a mini which hasn't been serviced for a long time.

The oil has congealed and blocked the turbo.

A very costly repair for the customer, which could have been prevented with regular servicing
