Classic car restorations UK - Heatons Garage Vintage, Classic and Prestige Car Restoration and Repair Heatons Garage was established in 1973 as an independent family-run garage in Bamber Bridge, Preston.

The current owner and manager - Tanya Heaton worked her apprenticeship at the garage for 6 years before taking over as proprietor in 2002. Tanya's attention to detail has seen her win many awards over the years including the "In Search of Excellence" Awards - "Outstanding Refinish Student" & she also won the Award for "Apprentice of the Year" for all 3 years she attended Blackburn College. Tanya is passionate about cars and this passion can be seen by the quality of workmanship evident in everything she does. Over the years she has carefully recruited and trained a team of like minded car enthusiasts that share her passion and attention to detail. This ensures that whoever carries out your repair, re-spray or restoration, you can be assured of a first class service with outstanding results. Tanya keeps a close eye on all the work carried out at the garage and takes final responsibility for every car that passes through. You may have noticed the Porsche in our comeback post last week. This week we are going to introduce you formally. We had the pleasure of doing a full respray due to fading paint and welding of the rear arches on this Porsche 944 1984. The 944 was Porsche’s most successful model before the Boxster was introduced in the early 1990s. Designed by Harm Lagaay, the 944 achieved 0-60 mph in 8.3 seconds, with the top speed recorded at 130 mph 🚘 💨
