We are looking for an individual with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills to join the team in our busy workshop.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and face to face communication skills. Previous experience in the motor trade would be advantageous. Administration skills, ability to use software and to organise and prioritise work is essential.

Key responsibilities are to schedule and book-in repair work, keeping customers informed and up-to-date at every stage of the repair, you’ll advise of completion times, any delays and quickly respond to any questions or queries.

You will also be responsible for liaising with insurance companies and work providers keeping them up to date and informed on the progress of jobs

We have an opening for an experienced person to join our Valeting team.

The successful candidate must have an excellent eye for detail and must take pride in their work. The ideal candidate will have at least two years experience in Vehicle valeting and detailing.

Being able to work to deadlines and manage your own work load is essential.

Daily Duties include;

Cleaning customer's vehicles to a high standard
Cleaning vehicles externally with a high-powered pressure washer and other electrical valeting equipment (training can be provided).
Using a high-powered vacuum to clean and shampoo vehicle interiors. However, a degree of manual labour is needed at times to achieve the desired end result.
Working with a polishing/buffing machine to enhance bodywork.
Working to set time-frames and targets, these can change due to demand and periods where sales are high so ability to adjust to this is essential.

Our ideal applicant must be able to work in a fast-paced, busy Body Shop environment and perform work to a high standard at the same time. It will involve wheel alignment, dismantling and reassembling accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturers specifications aiming to go above and beyond for customers at all times.

The technician must work to a high standard, demonstrate a sound up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair be capable of working under your own initiative as well as being flexible according to the needs of your team.

You will be comfortable performing all aspects of the Vehicle MET Fitter role and will either be fully qualified, time-served, or both.
