2016 Ford Transit had issues clearing the Diesel Particulate Filter in the exhaust system 💨

It turned out that the Diesel Particulate Filter was unable to clear itself due to a faulty vaporiser.

The fault was quickly diagnosed and the part was replaced on the same day. 🛠

We then performed a DPF regeneration to clean out the filter ✅

Time is money so we can’t have .w_elec ⚡️off the road for long!

Josh’s van had developed a fuel leak from a fuel tank pipe and an oil leak from the rocker cover gasket.

All necessary components replaced by 12 o’clock this afternoon along with a complimentary fuel filter. 🛠

A Customers Audi A3 had failed an MOT due to:

- Play in the N/S/F wishbone bushes
- Rough rotation from the
O/S/R wheel bearing
- Cut in the sidewall of the O/S/F Tyre.

All necessary components replaced early this morning, ready for a Re-Test on Monday. 🛠
