A QUICK NOTE REGARDING BREAKDOWNS & RECOVERIES.

We regularly receive calls from customers who have broken down and want their vehicle recovered to us for repairs.

Unfortunately, due to our fully booked diary and the volume of vehicles already booked in, we are currently working from a waiting list for recovery work.

We completely understand that, in most cases, customers are happy to wait for us to work on their vehicle. However, even if youā€™re happy to wait, we unfortunately cannot accept the vehicle onto our premises because we donā€™t have the physical space available.

Our yard is kept full by our existing day-to-day bookings, so taking in additional recovery vehicles simply isnā€™t possible until you reach the top of the waiting list and we have space available.

We know this can be frustrating when youā€™ve broken down and need help, and we really do appreciate your patience and understanding but we would rather be upfront with you than take a vehicle in when we cannot realistically accommodate it.

Thank you, as always, for your continued support and for keeping us busy.

This morning we have got this beautiful Laika Motorhome in with us for a 9 speed gearbox service, cambelt & waterpump change ready for the customers big trip into Europe.

It was an early start for Adam this morning, and heā€™s had another busy day in the workshop - with a late evening still ahead!

Thereā€™s been a real variety of work keeping him busy including:

9-speed gearbox services
Comfort-Matic gearbox services
Engine services
Vehicle recoveries
Cambelt & water pump replacements
Tracking down and repairing some leaking skylights

A good mix of jobs and plenty to keep the workshop busy.

No two days are quite the same, and we certainly donā€™t mind that!

Weā€™re still working incredibly hard behind the scenes to keep up with the demand, and although at times it can feel a little overwhelming, we honestly couldnā€™t be more thankful to be as busy as we are.

A2B has grown massively this year, and so much of that growth has come from your recommendations, word of mouth and continued support. Every single recommendation, share, review, and booking genuinely means so much to us.

We know our waiting times can be longer than weā€™d like, but weā€™re doing everything we can to keep up while still giving every vehicle the time and attention they require.
