Well, that's it from me for a while now: I'm officially on maternity leave! 🤱🥰
I was just tying up some loose ends and realised I'd forgotten to post Emma's pass in Bedford back in October! Sorry Emma! 🫣 Better late than never, so belated congrats on your brilliant drive; only 2 minors, what a champ! 🏆 She left me such a wonderful Google review, so it feels like a good high to go out on! 💫

"Verity is a fantastic driving instructor. She is friendly and encouraging whilst at the same time, focused on teaching good technique and building confidence. She somehow manages to exude super-human levels of calm.

Before learning with Verity, I had tried learning to drive on and off over the years and, after a number of failed attempts, had managed to convince myself that I would never pass my test.

With Verity’s support and tuition, I managed to pass this week. It is an amazing feeling and I am so grateful. Thoroughly recommended."

"Had a rollercoaster of a journey with driving! especially suffering with anxiety. In my opinion you wont get better than verity! It's another pass! 💫 SO chuffed for my student, Bernie, who had a stellar early morning drive in Bedford, picking up just 3 driver faults! Well done, B, on all your hard work and determination - it's been a journey, but you've made it! 🤩 Bernie left me a lovely review, which can be found below. ☺️

"Over the moon to say that after years of trying with other instructors, I finally passed my driving test today with just three minors - thanks to the wonderful help of Verity at Ready, Set, Auto! 🥳

From the get go, Verity was brilliant at putting me at ease. Lessons often just felt like catching up with an old friend! She was always more than happy to talk through any concerns, working hard to get to the root of a problem, and found different methods/ways of explaining things if I was struggling to understand.

Test nerves had always been a big part of the problem for me, and I honestly was beginning to wonder if I could overcome them. However, with Verity's brilliant tuition, patience, and encouragement, I'm so happy to finally be saying, 'I did it!' 🙌🏻

Massive congrats go to Sophie who passed her test today on her first attempt, and with only one minor! 👏🏻 Sophie is the first student I've taken to test since I returned from maternity leave and I'm naturally thrilled by her result - it's good to be back! 😃 Sophie very kindly left me the following review on Google: "Cannot recommend Verity enough! I was so worried about learning to drive but can now say I actually enjoy it! Passed first time all thanks to Verity being so patient and encouraging throughout all my lessons :)"

Couldn't have asked for a better last day before I take maternity leave; the sun was shining, the roads weren't crowded, but most importantly, the brilliant U.B passed her driving test FIRST TIME with just a handful of minors!!! 😁
Couldn't be happier for her and more proud - she applied herself hugely, especially in these last few weeks and because of her hard work and determination, she's made it happen. 🏆
So great to end on a high, but I have to say I'll miss this one - fun, kindhearted and mad as a box of frogs, she's made our lessons so enjoyable!
Enjoy your newfound freedom, lovely. See you soon for baby squidges! 👶

I’d struggled with manual & found her online, and decided to go with her as my instructor due to her sparkling reviews- and now it’s time for me to leave my own! 💜
Verity is an incredible instructor. She explained everything clearly, helped me gain my confidence in driving, and always made sure things made sense. I am so grateful for her patience and persistence with me, and I cannot recommend this lovely lady enough. It's another FIRST TIME PASS! And almost another faultless pass at that! 😃 Alisha had a brilliant drive in Bedford with the examiner giving her only 1 driver fault. He was also keen to take time to praise her for her "very very good" driving!
Well done, Alisha - I'm so pleased for you. Life with two kids just became A LOT easier! 🥰

Well, this was 100% worth the ungodly 5:30am start this morning! Check out Incredible Sam, who not only joined the FIRST TIME PASS CLUB, but joined the FLAWLESS TEST CLUB! The examiner said it was the best driving he'd seen in months! 🙌🙌🙌 Thanks for letting me come along for the ride - it was a joy to witness your safe, smart and skillful driving. "I cannot express enough how amazing Verity is as an instructor. I’m 33 and had never been behind the wheel of a car so I was very apprehensive and wary about whether driving would actually be for me or not, however, as soon as I sat in the car for my first lesson, I was instantly made to feel comfortable, confident and in safe hands with Verity by my side!
