2021 BMW through the workshop for our same-day in-house ECU unlock, followed by custom Stage 1 tuning.

📉 Stock: 292bhp / 400Nm
📊 Actual: 304bhp / 404Nm

🚀 Stage 1: 395.5bhp / 706Nm

That’s +91.5bhp and a massive +302Nm over the measured baseline.

With workshop temperatures hitting 35°C, intake temperatures were working against us throughout the session. That’s the only thing keeping this one south of the 400bhp mark.

Still, 395.5bhp and 706Nm from a Stage 1 330e is a seriously strong result with safe, repeatable datalogs.

2017 Mercedes-Benz C63 S | Stage 2 Re-Tune

Another example of why claimed figures mean absolutely nothing without proper dyno testing and datalogging.

This C63 S arrived with an existing Stage 2 tune, supposedly making 680bhp / 1100Nm.

The reality was very different.

📉 Stock: 510bhp / 700Nm

❌ Claimed Stage 2: 680bhp / 1100Nm

📊 Actually Tested: 557bhp / 949Nm

⚙️ Mapro Stage 2 Re-Tune: 622bhp / 968Nm

The previous calibration also had awful pops and bangs, which were removed as part of the retune.

The result: +65bhp over the previous software, smooth controlled power delivery and a calibration backed up by real dyno data.

Forget claimed figures. Test it. Log it. Tune it properly.
