Captain Glen and his stewardess from MY Valentina popped over to MY Deja Vu for a well-earned crew lunch, freshly prepared on board by Captain & Chef Malcolm. Great food, great company, and two crews working together to deliver unforgettable charter experiences from Gunwharf Quays & Port Solent Marina.

Anchored in a peaceful bay, dinner is served. We begin with a classic prawn cocktail, elevated with a Marie Rose sauce infused with Woodford Reserve whisky, alongside smoked salmon pinwheels finished with salmon caviar.

For the main course, a perfectly cooked ribeye steak accompanied by succulent king prawns, rich blue cheese sauce, fresh chimichurri, and a deeply flavoured jus. Every dish is freshly prepared on board, with the sea as your dining room.

This is dining at anchor, the Deja Vu way.
