Been a funny old day.
Started with a jumpstart but the bonnet catch was broken
No issue, Panel off, pull the cable and bonnet open.
Jumpstart and customer on way home 4 hours before RAC can get to him.
Mobility scooter next and this one has a trailer.
Lovely set up, but not expected at all.
Recovered home customer very happy.
Last but not least
The twin cab 2.5 tonne van turns out to be a horse box that we couldn't carry or get started.
Finished for now with a Costa Coffee stop at an Esso garage we broke down in ourselves in the past .... met up with other recovery companies and shared coffee ☕️ together.
And probably fell out with all of them in this industry where companies stick together, or throw the competition under the bus to look so much better.
We plod on as we always have and do our best to look after our customers.
