BMW M135i Stage 2+ Dyno Tuning 🔥

This M135i was in with us for a custom Stage 2+ calibration, making use of an upgraded B58TU high-pressure fuel pump to provide the additional fuelling capacity required when pushing the stock setup further.

With the hardware in place, we were able to calibrate the car properly on the Dyno, optimising boost, fuelling, ignition and torque control while monitoring everything throughout the tuning process.

The B58TU HPFP is a great upgrade on these cars, removing one of the main fuelling limitations encountered as power is increased and giving us considerably more headroom to work with.

Keep the power consistent with an AIRTEC intercooler upgrade ❄️📈

The factory intercooler can quickly become overwhelmed on tuned VAG MQB vehicles, allowing intake temperatures to rise and performance to drop—especially during repeated pulls or warmer weather.

BMW M135i N55 in for our Stage 2+ power levels 📈

The B58TU HPFP upgrade is already in place, giving the N55 the additional fuel headroom needed to maintain rail pressure and push confidently into the 420+ BHP and 650+ Nm range.

This one is also fitted with an upgraded CHRA and compressor setup while retaining the original turbine side. That means it still responds and delivers power much more like the OE turbo than a full-frame G25 conversion—fast spool, strong midrange and a properly usable power curve.
