Did you know, at BW Vehicle repairs all parts come the same 1 year/10,000 mile warranty youd expect at a garage? An alternatior i fitted a couple months back decided to give up! Part replaced (again) at customers home, at no cost to themselves as all covered under warranty so theyre back on the road without having to buy another alternator!

New turbo fitted to a VW Bora after the exhaust side turbine snapped clean off, causing oil to go into the exhaust and no boost, customer supplied a rebuilt genuine unit, so we fiitted that, cleaned out the blocked up EGR and piping, and renewed the engine oil and filter and all up and running again as it should!

A few jobs on a mercedes B-class, cleaned and adjusted the parking shoes due to the handbrake lever being pointed at the sky and replaced the heavily corroded discs on the back and fresh brake pads all around, and replaced a the driveshaft because it was knocking around under acceleration!

Clutch, dual mass flywheel and slave cylinder replacement on this Volvo V50 this morning after the customer complained of a sibking clutch pedal, and after another garage replaced the master cylinder to no avail, it was decided that the slave required replacement (can be seen leaking) done on the customers driveway whilst he was at work!

Wheel bearing replacement yesterday on a fiesta, hub taken off the car at the customers address, and then taken to a local garage to press the bearing out/in, and hub brought back and refitted to the car!
