Another job completed from Fix My Truck Online . This one had a immobiliser issue. We quickly found a solution and it’s now safely loaded on the ship and heading for its new life in Africa.

2 days ago we decided to sign up to Fix My Truck Online . Today we carried out our first small repair for a new customer as a result of this amazing platform.

This “little” project won’t be forgotten for a while. It all started with a tipper pin failure resulting in major damage to the sub frame and brackets. We removed to body to carry out a full assessment and allow us to carry out the repairs required. New brackets/pins and a big hammer 🔨 to straighten out a few panels and back together she went. Whilst we had the truck we were asked to investigate a gearbox issue. Once stripped we found a very worn Synchro set and bearings failing. Replacement parts provided by Adams Morey and fitted/tested. Lastly we replaced the front and rear brake pads as they were worn and bringing on a pad warning light.

I would like to say a massive thank-you to all involved in this project. Together there is nothing we can’t accomplish.

Truck deliver back to the customer today ready for work tomorrow.

No matter the size of the job we have got the equipment and knowledge to get you moving again.

This morning we have been busy with an all keys lost situation. Ignition barrel lock picked and decoded. replacement keys cut, programmed and tested.
