That time of year I’m glad to say is here. Lovely sunny weather. The down side is when you hit the a/c button and it’s not working. Replacement condenser on this Vw golf and it’s cool times ahead for this customer but most of the time it’s just the need for a regas to get the system back to its best.

An important part of high energy battery control is temperature. Due to high temperatures within the battery module when charging alot of manufacturers are using air conditioning to aid cooling. High voltage ac systems require a different method of servicing so its important to have it carried out by certified ac and high voltage vehicle technicians.

A bit of a strip down as you can see. New air conditioning condenser fitted to this Vw sharan today,It looks a bit more involved and time consuming than it actually is. Customer had the car back by lunchtime and air conditioning working again.
