Wow!

Vehicle loosing coolant.

We pressurised the cooling system to find a metal pipe behind the turbo/EGR had corroded and was leaking.
Fitted a new pipe and rebuilt engine.

Recent service on a vehicle.
This is one of the dirtiest air filters I have come across and obviously hasn’t been changed in a good few years.
The air filter is an important part of letting the engine breathe.
A clean air filter will also give better engine performance and more miles per gallon.

On the vehicle DPF cleaning service.

Customer reports “risk of DPF blocking” message displayed on dash.

Checked DPF status in live data with diagnostics computer.
First 2 photos are before the DPF clean.

Notice the Difference in pressure pre and post DPF sensor 27mbar at idle speed 751rpm. Second photo is 116mbar at 2202rpm pressure difference.

The third and fourth photos are after the DPF clean.
Idle speed 750rpm now down to 0mbar (no restriction)
Last photo is at 2200rpm down from 116mbar to only 12mbar.

Proof that our on the vehicle DPF clean actually restores the flow through the DPF just like a brand new DPF.

None genuine DPFs last approx 1-2 years.
Genuine DPF are very expensive.
