I honestly hate having to say this again….from now on NO VEHICLE will leave the garage until payment is made!!!I am sick to my back teeth of chasing people for payments!!it’s happening far too often people are having their vehicles back with the I will transfer it to you later or I’m chasing unpaid invoices!!would you go to work all day everyday for free?would you be allowed go to Asda fill up your trolley and walk out and pay weeks later after being hounded??it would never happen so why is this any different!!weather it’s £20 or £200 it’s not right!we pay for your parts so we still have to pay that parts bill out of our own pockets because you have not paid!!everyone has bills to pay!pay your bill or your vehicle will be held until payment is received!!if you cannot afford to fix your vehicle then do not book it in,if you are struggling and desperate then talk to us,make it clear that say you don’t get paid till the end of the month and we will try and help you but for the ones that can pay their bill and are just blatantly taking the mick out of us it is wrong!!I am sat here this morning with a list of people who haven’t paid for weeks,no more now,as harsh as this status is,this is a business that only survives by making money like every other business out there!as always a big thank you to the customers who turn up on collection and pay without even having to be asked as that is what you are suppose to do!sorry again but this has gotten out of control 🦂🦂
