Simple Vehicle Rental are hiring a Fleet Co-Ordinator/Rental Operative
Full Time Permanent
Salary Competitive
Main Purpose of the position:
*To ensure all vehicles are maintained to a high standard and co-ordinate fleet movements to maximise utilisation and profitability.
*To ensure the business always delivers excellent customer service.
*To communicate with the manager about all aspects within the workplace.
*To ensure the accurate completion of all vehicle documentation including damage and sales vehicles within the operating procedures.
*To be commercially aware and identify and report new business opportunities, organise repairs and warranty work where necessary in accordance with operating procedures.
*To carry out duties requested by the manager to include occasional driving duties and preparation of vehicles if required.
*To ensure the security of vehicles, staff, customers and premises.
*Any other duties as requested by management.
Essential Criteria
5 GCSEs at Grade A* - C to include English and Mathematics
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable Criteria
3 years experience of working in an office environment
Experience in Car/Van Leasing/Rental
