Customer asked me to diagnose the ABS problem on his 2012 Vauxhall Astra and sticky front brakes. ABS light was showing up on the dash from time to time. Diagnostic machine showed that problem occurs on front left wheel. Not long ago discs and pads has been replaced on all 4 wheels by some cowboy. Front left brake caliper had one of the bolts missing. Cowboy that fitted the brakes didn't even wanted to hear about it. Problem is now solved and the car is safe to drive.

Clutch bearing failed on VW Polo and damaged pressure plate. Complete clutch kit has been replaced and car is back on the road.

Customer complained that brakes are making high pitch noise. Rear brakes has been replaced recently so I decided to look at the front brakes first. It wasn't the first set fitted to this car and were not older than 3-4 years. Friction plates on the brake pads was about fell out due to corrosion. New set of discs and pads later brakes started to work properly.

I've been called recently to the leaking oil sump on Fiat 500. Someone replaced the sump recently but didn't do very good job on it. During removal of exhaust manifold with catalytic converter (it's a one unit and it's in the way) i have found that one of the studs was missing and another three were broken and fitted in the holes with sealant. Ended up with 4 broken studs (4 of 8) that has been replaced with new ones. Oil sump and bottom of engine block has been cleaned, properly degreased and sump has been refitted with the right amount of sealant. Leak is gone and car is back on the road.

Some time ago one of our customers purchased a very nice Volvo from some well known used cars dealer. Customer been told that front brakes has been replaced by them before selling the vehicle. Brakes started to be noisy and customer thought that they will need doing again. Discs were showing uneven wear and a bit too much of corrosion. After removing the wheels and taking a closer look at the brakes we found that the only one correct thing there was the outer diameter of the brake discs. Discs and pads has been replaced and correct parts has been fitted.

Another timing belt kit complete with fresh water pump done for Fast And Secure Couriers Ltd. Third one to be exact within 4 years due to the mileage they do. Ready to get back on the road.

Quick Saturday emergency repair on the Fiesta with damaged hub. Thankfully parts were available asap so car is back on the road with new hub and new bearing.
