As part of our 100 years of giving initiative, May’s £1,000 donation has been donated to .

Forest Holme is not only our chosen charity of the year, but also a charity that is incredibly close to the heart of Charles Trent and the wider Trent family. Following a staff vote, the team chose Forest Holme as this month’s donation recipient, reflecting just how meaningful this cause is to so many across the business.

Forest Holme provides outstanding care and support to patients with life-limiting illnesses, as well as vital support to their families during incredibly difficult times.

We are proud to support the amazing work they do within our local community and look forward to continuing our fundraising efforts throughout the year.

World Environment Day is a reminder that sustainability is built through everyday operational decisions.

At Charles Trent, environmental responsibility is embedded across our operations, from recovering high-quality green parts and supporting the circular economy to investing in renewable energy and more efficient recycling processes.

Each year, thousands of vehicles are processed through our facilities, helping reduce waste and minimise the demand for newly manufactured parts. Alongside this, we continue to invest in environmentally focused infrastructure, including solar-powered operations, electric equipment, recycled packaging and rainwater collection systems used to wash our vehicles.

As the automotive industry continues to evolve, we believe sustainability and operational efficiency must go hand in hand.
